The Residences at Mandarin Oriental

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is located at the southern tip of Brickell Key, surrounded by Biscayne Bay and positioned close to the heart of Brickell. The development offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, together with direct access to the amenities and personalized services associated with Mandarin Oriental.

The 33-story North Tower will include 70 private residences with two- to four-bedroom layouts, as well as 28 move-in-ready Hotel Collection residences with one- and two-bedroom configurations. The master plan and architecture are by Kohn Pedersen Fox, while the interiors of the private residences are designed by Laura Gonzalez.

Private residences feature resident-only lobbies and elevators, keyless entry, ceiling heights of up to 11 feet, natural stone flooring and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto private terraces. Kitchens are designed by Molteni&C and include Gaggenau appliances, Italian cabinetry, natural stone countertops and Dornbracht fittings.

Owners will have access to an approximately 80,000-square-foot, multi-level resort-style podium with areas for relaxation, dining, wellness and social activities. Amenities include resort and lounge pools, a children’s splash area and playroom, restaurants, a residents’ lounge with chef and demonstration kitchens, the Mandarin Oriental spa, a 24-hour fitness center, wellness facilities, beauty salon, event spaces and curated retail.

The development also offers a dedicated residential team available 24/7, security, valet service, electric vehicle charging and private access to the 1.5-mile Brickell Key Bay Walk. The project team includes Swire Properties, KPF, Laura Gonzalez, Speirs Major and SMHA.
